What we collect

Your name, work email, phone, organisation, current software, and the numbers and answers you enter into the cost calculator and audit scorecard, plus the date and time you gave consent.

How we use it

• To show you your full audit readiness report and cost comparison.
• To send you up to five follow-up emails about NDIS operations and LAMA Care CMS. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prepare for a demo or operational review if you book one.

We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Records are deleted automatically after our retention period (12 months by default) unless you become a customer.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by replying to any of our emails. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
